By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the six8s platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "six8s", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and six8s with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind — whether written or oral — between you and six8s relating to the subject matter herein.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.

six8s's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your six8s account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six8s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of legitimately won and cleared funds — free from any active withdrawal hold or investigation — will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
